Make public sexual harrassment a criminal offense.
Sexual harrassment should become a criminal offense in the UK.
Over 97% of women over the age of 14 have been sexually harrased. This is nearly all of the women in the UK. Enough is enough, action must be taken since sexual harrassment has put many people in danger.
