Claimants should be allowed to appeal Appeals Tribunals on more than points of law
As things stand at the moment if a benefits claimant fails at their Appeals Tribunal hearing, they can only appeal to a higher tribunal on a point of law. As some hearing reports contain a lot of mistakes on the part of the Tribunals Service, claimants should be allowed to appeal on any grounds and not just on a point of law.
