Free the royal marine
The royal marine convicted of murder should never have had his name released as he and his family will be at risk from terrorists this is a breach of his human rights to be protected and his trust in his superiors to protect and deal with an incident within war the mod cannot expect a trained (british soilder/killer ) to think and act in a normal manor to be expected to kill the enemy and show compassion while under fire in a volatile area he should be released with out a tarnish on his name and record. Ask yourself how easy a decision would it be for you while people are trying to kill you and your men while a politician makes his decision behind a desk. His "crime" was in Afghanistan let there people judge him who have been at the hands of the Taliban he would be a hero
