Child Maintenance - Eligibility Non Residential Parent
There needs to be something in place with child maintenance so one parent cannot just cut off contact as and when it suits them. Non residential parent has to pay when they dont want to see their child, but what about when they do and yet cant?
I'm watching someone go through this, not for the first time and it most likely will not be the last time. It is unfair, and mostly it's for self gain. They receive an income for their child where as the non residential partner doesnt. I'm unsure as to how you havent addressed this issue already.
