Make all Sexual Assault Illegal.
Put a law in place making any and all sexual assault, from unsolicited cat calling to groping and inappropriate touching, illegal and punishable by means of fines or community service.
This petition is aiming to discourage offenders from making others uncomfortable and to make victims of sexual assault feel safer when outside.
