Change conveyancing laws in England to be similar to that of Scotland.

Petition Details

Help safeguard against unreasonable reasons for buyers and sellers to back out of a purchase or sale, or change buyers at the extreme cost of the purchaser when solicitors instructed and process had started

Additional Information

Millions lost at the cost of purchasers and sellers. Very unfair regulations of foul play and quite distressing when purchase or sale not completed due to unfair reasons
