Compulsory voting at Parliamentry Elections with option to support none of the candidates

Additional Information

To make voting at General and by-elections mandatory, and to include a box on eack voting paper indicating a wish to support none of the candidates, thereby giving voters the chance to show a true reflection of the fundamentally flawed nature of othe UK electoral system.
