Stop restricting critical information from students taking A-Levels
Currently, students are given the bare minimum information about what grade they are working towards, and what they need to do to achieve the grade they desire. This includes what exams are taken into consideration and what exams henceforth will be taken into consideration.
It is vital for students to know this information so they can have clear and concise information to work off of to try and improve. As of present, no such system exists and it is detrimental to the students academic and mental wellbeing. I propose that teachers are allowed to be candid and frontal about the information they are using to grade us and what we are currently working out. It makes little sense to restrict this information and the negatives of revealing this seems neglible.

The Government e-Petitions Team gave the following reason:
Petitions need to call on the Government or Parliament to take a specific action.
We understand that you are concerned about the information provided to A-level students about their course, but we're not sure exactly what you'd like the Government or Parliament to do.
Ofqual has published details of how GCSE, AS and A level grades should be awarded in summer 2021: www.gov.uk/government/consultations/consultation-on-how-gcse-as-and-a-level-grades-should-be-awarded-in-summer-2021
The Government also publish subject content outlines for A-levels, which are available here: www.gov.uk/government/collections/gce-as-and-a-level-subject-content
It is up to individual schools, exam boards and Ofqual how A-level courses are delivered and assessed.
