Petition Details

Introduce an age restriction on all types of blades to help reduce self-harm amongst the younger generation

Additional Information

Children are banned from buying open blades, but items such as safety razors and pencil sharpeners also contain blades that could cause harm to themselves. These should be age-restricted in the same way that knives are.
