Permit Owners of investment properties abroad to travel for renting and selling
Permit Owners of investment (rental and speculative) properties to travel Overseas for selling, renting, marketing and maintenance of such properties during Overseas travel bans
If said Owners are not permitted to travel to maintain and sell their investments, properties will remain vacant, become dilapidated, lose value and possibly be inhabited by undesirables which will lead to lengthy and costly legal action. Investment Property Owners are permitted to buy, sell and rent properties in the UK so why can't the same apply to Overseas property if it can be demonstrated that they are rental properties or for sale?
