Politicians must ask the taxpayer for a pay rise.

Additional Information

As Politicians are all Public Servants, they are employed by the tax payer. Therefore they should have to ask the taxpayer if they can have a pay rise. The taxpayer should then vote on what pay increase - if any - should be awarded.
