Petition Action

Make a leash law. All dogs must be kept on Leeds at all times in public places.

Petition Details

If your dog is off a Leash in any public place unless it is a designated dog friendly area then you face a fine. If a dog unleashed attacks a dog leashed the unleashed dog owner faces a fine. If a dog unleashed gets attacked by a dog leashed then the unleashed dog owner faces a fine.

Additional Information

People should feel comfortable and safe while out walking their beloved pet or even people with fears of dogs, to be able to feel comfortable while out walking or in public places without a dog bounding up to them. A lot of incidents happen in these cases were dogs are unleashed and it’s not nice for any party to be involved. Dog owners should have their pets leashed at all times. It’s responsibility.
