Make a change in the law

Petition Details

There needs to be a change in scottish law To make it Mandatory that anyone who gives false rape claims there needs to be 100 percent Evidence for charges to be brought. Also for anyone that has made similar allegations before they need to be charged

Additional Information

A lot of the time when someone makes a serious Allegation there word is often taken as there seen as the victim where as in the real world if its 100 percent investigated and evidence is not there and the person has a history of making similar allegations before how can you protect someone elses humans rights from scrutiny and violation without some sort of safeguarding like innocent until proven guilty if not it then becomes a very one sided story there needs to be a change
