Save Shiremoor Allotments (Mooredge)

The Shiremoor Mooredge allotments (Newcastle upon Tyne) have been identified as a potential site for the development of 53 houses by North Tyneside Council under their ‘Local Plan: Consultation draft November 2013’.

Please sign the petition to oppose to the use of Shiremoor Allotments Mooredge for any type of development other than to continue as allotments.

•The Allotments have been around for approx. 100 years!
•There are 56 allotments at Mooredge.
•The onside shop has over 750 members.
•The site is so popular there are over 150 people on the waitlist for a plot.
