Allow Council meetings to be held as a hybrid of virtual and in person.
Bring in emergency legislation to change the rule that local councils have to meet in person.

I would like to propose that Parliament brings forward a bill to allow hybrid meetings, those where you have the choice of how to attend, as soon as possible. This would also cut down journeys.
