The covid emergency powers must be discontinued.
The vote to continue the powers till September is wrong and the the suggestion that they could be renewed again in September till March 2022 is outrageous, this must not happen. If lock down is to end in June 2021 there is no further need for the emergency powers.
It is time to give the people their freedom back. It is time to let folk run their businesses, to go to work, to socialise with their family and friends, to find a partner, to LIVE. There is no longer an excuse to keep the draconian emergency powers in use.
