Make dog breeding illegal unless licensed
Bring in a law that means that only licensed breeders can breed animals.
Beloved family pets are being stolen on a daily basis. It is no longer safe to walk your dogs alone. Puppy farms and dog thefts are out of control. Each litter can earn the “breeder” literally thousands of pounds. This money is all undeclared I hasten to add.
Dogs are interbred and no family pet is safe anymore. This has to stop NOW.
