Trans-Atlantic rail road from Britain to America

Additional Information

I think that the government should construct a rail road from the west coast of England or Wales to the east coast of America as it would make travel to the country faster and easier, a significant increase in trade would be produced, and it would further strengthen the relationship between the two country's. I understand that it would be a massive challenge, but it would be a historic moment and is possible woth today's technology.
