Bring back the help to buy scheme for second time buyers who need to move ASAP. We have outgrown our starter home yet can’t afford the high house prices at the moment. People’s wages & income have not increased enough!
Ever since the help to buy scheme has been changed to first time buyers only it means my family cannot afford to move due the the increase in house prices, yet wages have not increased. Many families will also be facing this struggle. As we were looking to buy a four bedroom home for our family we realised the prices were just ridiculous for the amount we are able to borrow. We both have good jobs & earn an average wage yet house prices are too high for us to move. Please sign to bring back HTB.
