Reduce amnesty for illegal immigrants from 20 years to 10 years
Undocumented migrants are suffering from poor living conditions, abuse at work places and suffering even greatly under pandemic situation. The Government must consider granting amnesty to those who are living in the UK continuously for at least 10 years provided they meet certain criteria.
1. Have no criminal records
2. Pass the Basic English language test
3. Pay a one off payment of £5000 to their respective council for betterment of the community.
4. Have lived in the UK continuously for a minimum of 10 years
5. A conduct certificate from at least 10 of permanent UK residents endorsing the character of undocumented migrants and their worth to the local community.
Please consider granting amnesty to these undocumented migrants by providing 5 years of indefinite leave to remain
