Home EEC countries should pay first two years of any benefits for migrant nationals in other community countries
That benefits such as, housing,unemployment, medical dental care,job seekers allowance etc. should be paid by the country of origin for the first two years of settlement of an EEC citizen in another member state country rather than the host country.
