Regulate the sizes of women’s clothes
All high street and online stores should have guidelines and set sizing guides to ensure the clothes they are producing don’t drastically differ compared to another store.
All to often, you go into one shop and buy your clothes and then walk into a different shop and your 3 sizes bigger or smaller - all because of different production or fitting the type of person they want to sell to.
Body dysmorphia is a very real issue that will lead to eating disorders for people of all shapes and sizes and this is fuelled by the blatant difference in what measurements the retailers make their clothes in.

The Government e-Petitions Team gave the following reason:
We can't accept your petition because the UK Government and Parliament aren't responsible for the issue you raise. The Government aren't responsible for regulating the size of clothes, which is a matter for individual retailers.
