Allow UK citizens to watch non-BBC live TV channels without a TV license.
The TV licence funds the BBC, therefore it should only be required for watching, or listening to BBC content.
It is wrong that anybody wanting to watch non-BBC live TV channels, should pay for a BBC TV licence. Only people who watch or listen to BBC content, should be required to have a TV licence.
