Make Spurgling a serious sexual offence
Spurgling is the female equivalent of Stealthing. It is defined as: where a woman pretends to be on the pill. If a man removes a condom during sex then this negates a woman's consent. So, the same should be said of a woman who pretends to be on the pill because, a man would not have consented to sex
I would like the government to make Spurgling a serious sexual offence just like stealthing. If a woman pretended to be on the pill then the man would not have consented to sexual intercourse. Women should be accountable for these crimes.
Men need justice too!

The Government e-Petitions Team gave the following reason:
Consent to engage in sexual intercourse is defined in legislation as “if he agrees by choice, and has the freedom and capacity to make that choice”. Legislation does not set out specific circumstances - such as "stealthing" or "spurgling" - in which consent is negated, and determining whether someone had the capacity and was in the position to give consent is a matter for the courts, not the Government or House of Commons.
