Petition Details

There is an earnings limit for the claimant, but, if you have a partner, their income does not affect your right to Carer’s allowance.

Hence for single parents the earning rule should be higher than £128 per week.

Additional Information

It’s about time to change the earnings rule because single parents are so much disadvantaged compared to couples.
