Debate government use of behavioural modification techniques on the public
That there be a Parliamentary debate, specifically to consider what circumstances, if any, permit the deployment of subconsciously operating behavioural modification techniques on the public, and subsequently to seek specific electoral case-by-case consent before future use
Evidence is in the public domain, e.g.:

that government, unsubjected to any Parliamentary or electoral scrutiny, has been applying behavioural science techniques to influence public attitudes & behaviour.

The Government e-Petitions Team gave the following reason:
Petitions need to call on the Government or Parliament to take a specific action.
We're not sure exactly what you'd like the Government or Parliament to do. We're not sure what you mean by "subconsciously operating behavioural modification techniques" and what is meant by "specific electoral case-by-case consent before future use"
