I think the attitude of young drivers are not how they are supposed to be,instead of safe driving at a young age,we see a attitude of doing what they want & drinking.Increasing the driving age to 18+ would assure that they have matured but this still leaves some who dont care.The license should be taken from them.In court many have no deterant & repeat crime.With increase in traffic here,some from other countries driving how they drive at home,the problem will only worsen.Fact.
