Action 2 use state aid in the North East of England to attract High Value Manufacturing

Action 3 Increase the supply of new and renewable energy in the North East of England

Action 4 Make the North East of England and in particular the Tees Valley a priority in socio-economic development by offering tax breaks to new inward investments

UK unemployment figures have fallen in the UK however not so in the North East. Action 5 Increase support to attract new businesses, inward investments and new start ups in the North East of England, particularly in deprived wards such as the Tees Valley

Action 6 Establish an International Process Industries Institute with easy access to: three airports, five universities and the process industries companies and organisations
