I suggest to change the way colour system works. If the person leaves UK when the colour is green and comes back within 2 weeks, then they should be treated as one who came back to green colour (even if the colour changed to red) if their test is negative.

Additional Information

Government introduced a traffic system for arrivals to UK. I strongly recommend to change the way it works because it does not allow UK residents to go on holiday and relax. It affects productivity and stress levels are increasing. As stated by Government, the colour from green to amber can change overnight - meaning that if the person is on holiday, he will be tensed that he might need to quarantine on arrival or even pay thousands to quarantine in the hotel in case colour changes into red.
