A call for police to regularly patrol the lower High Street of Lincoln
Two young men were stabbed in the lower High Street area of Lincoln on December the 12th - this is just one recent report.
It is time for Lincoln to begin or increase its patrols around the lower High Street area in order to have a safer city.
Lives are at risk.
