Implement street patrols of police cars to prevent kidnapping/theft.
Police patrols will be slow to circulate through the streets of London to monitor what is happening. No camera can do better than the human eye.
During the COVID-19 pandemic, it is important to support citizens and residents, particularly to ensure their safety. We have learned from a variety of tragedies, how horrible this can be, especially for vulnerable children and women who go missing more often than men. Let us not wait until it is too late, but rather avoid stealing and kidnapping by setting up patrol cars to regulate the streets of the United Kingdom.

The Government e-Petitions Team gave the following reason:
We can't accept your petition because the UK Government and Parliament aren't responsible for the issue you raise. This is an operational decision for police forces.
You could start a new petition calling for the Government to fund an increase in police numbers in England, if that's what you'd like to see happen.
