Normalise everyday bodies in mainstream media
With the rise of social media. People are now at risk of the fake perception of what a normal body is. People comparing themselves to something they see on an Instagram post or on a clothing site. When 99% of the time the person looks nothing like them. It's time to change.
This is putting insane pressure on people of all ages that they have to look a certain way to fit in. We need to normalise that perfection comes in different shapes, sizes and colours. We need to make a difference and it starts with you.
