Aromatherapy massage and reflexology treatments can be given to people who have been prescribed medication, without having harmful side effects.
Aromatherapy massage and reflexology has been found to soothe pain, reduce stress levels while improving mood, mobility, and sleep patterns.
These treatments are also beneficial to promote self-care and healthy aging
