Pay rise for community/social care workers
Social care workers are not paid enough.
They care for people that have just come out of hospital and who need extra help at home
Community care workers are unsung heros
We care for others with all their help and needs
Working all hours of the day to support people in their own homes.
From making cups of teas and making sandwiches, to giving them personal care. Shopping , medication , assisting them to help with their needs.
We are carer's for people when the family members can not fulfill the care needed.
We are on as little as £4.50 per half hour calls. Please sign this petition and hope 1 day we might just get a pay rise.
