Parliment location change every 2 years.
Unite the UK throughly by the central UK Government Parliament being situated in our 4 nation capitols on a 2 year cycle. A bit like the EU Presidency.
Independence or a break away from some nations is becoming a real threat to our United Kingdom.
Part of pro-independance is brought about by some who say they want to break free of decisions made in Westminster (England). What if these decisions were held in each nation on a 2 year cycle,proving that the UK Government speaks for all 4 nations? It is simply moving location of where Parliment actually sits every 2 years. This would not effect dissolved nations powers but rather prove that we are united as a whole.

We understand that you want Parliament to rotate its location through the four nations of the UK, but we're not sure exactly how you want this to work. You compare this to the rotation of the EU presidency, but that process involves the Presidency of the EU being held by one of the EU's constituent nations, and not the location of the EU changing.
You could start a new petition explaining clearly what you would like the Government or Parliament to do.
