More pelvic floor and prolapse awareness in schools for young women
Older girls at high school need to learn about the importance of the pelvic floor and the different prolapse conditions that can affect women after childbirth, and later in life. Early awareness is essential and would help lots of young women through more awareness
Many Women suffer from different types of prolapses and it is more common than you think. Early awareness is critical so that young women know more about the pelvic floor and what to do to help prevent future problems. Knowledge of the different types of prolapse and how to prevent them would be fantastic for young women and get the word out there
