Introduce the '50+1 rule' as an Act of Parliament.
All football clubs, like they are in the German Bundesliga, should be owned by their respective members associations, where said member associations owned 50% and one more of the shares, granting them a majority voting right.
To purpose of this Act would be to ensure a situation, such as the European Super League incident, never happens again. Potential situations can be avoided by fan membership associations voting against plans to privatise the sport even further. There is currently no law stopping this from happening. The Act will allow British Football to remain culturally significant to the British Public.
