I want toddlers to have a voice and given help they need after being abused.
I want the government to put a system in place where toddlers are offered help after suffering trauma/abuse, there is no professional help available for children under 6. When they have the courage to speak out about abuse there’s no justice and worse still no help for the toddler, it’s disgusting.
I want the government to help to recognise that there are young children dealing with traumatic experiences and being abused, but don’t have access to help or support as they are disregarded as not having a voice. The trauma is real the abuse is there, but no one listens and no one can help. They are simply told ‘they are too young’, how would you feel if it was your own?

The Government e-Petitions Team gave the following reason:
Petitions need to call on the Government or Parliament to take a specific action.
We're not sure exactly what you'd like the Government or Parliament to do. The National Institute for Health and Care Excellence (NICE) recommends interventions for children of all ages. You can read more here:
www.nice.org.uk/about/nice-communities/social-care/quick-guides-for-social-care/therapeutic-interventions-after-abuse-and-neglect
Specific intervention decisions are a matter for health and care professionals, depending on each indiviudal case.
You could start a new petition explaining clearly what you would like the Government or Parliament to do.
