Introduce operator licence for 3.5t couriers. And tacho. Rules
Make into law 3.5t van drivers have the same requirements as hgv drivers.

6/8 weekly checks on the vehicles
Financial standing.
Around the UK van drivers are undercutting the transport industry.
Pulling work away from hauliers who run by the law using tacho rules.
There are van drivers who break tge law on a daily basis.
While Hgv drivers have run under WTD and tacho ruels.
Also requierd 6 weekly maintenance checks.
Van drivers can set up a courier company with no need to provide a operator license.
