Drivers found guilty of dangerous driving involving death should be jailed
Bring in a law stating a person convicted of dangerous driving is to be sentencing to the same custodial sentence as that of a person charged with manslaughter
I hear of more and more speeding drivers killing innocent people including children and getting off with a suspended sentence and/or a fine. This is totally wrong. Giving these type of sentences insinuate that the life lost is unimportant. The families of the victims are receiving a life sentence on losing their loved ones.
