Introduce a 4 day working week (albeit maintaining the salary levels) thereby reducing unemployment, encouraging economic growth, taking advantage of the post pandemic momentum, achieving better efficiencies by working from home and reducing travel times.

Additional Information

reduce unemployment, encourage economic growth, better work life balance, improved mental health, improved efficiencies and time management, encourage automation and reducing waste and child care costs for overstretched families, reducing the need in government support of lower income households.
