Stop vehicles parking on pathways.
Make the parking either partially or fully on paths in UK illegal and bring the rest of the UK in line with London.
Since 1974, Highway Code rule 244 has stated that drivers "MUST NOT park partially or wholly on the pavement in London and with the massive increase of vehicles across the UK the time has come to make this rule a country wide one. Every day I watch the disabled, elderly, parents with prams and other pedestrians have to walk into busy roads. The fire brigade and ambulance crews attending emergencies are delayed because cars have blocked paths putting lives at risk. Paths for pedestrians.
