Establish an Anti-Corruption Unit focused on Westminster & Whitehall.

Petition Details

To establish an independent pro-active focused anti-corruption unit which would have unfettered powers to investigate potential corruption, false claims aimed misleading of the public, use of public office for private gain and fraud.

Additional Information

To secure public trust, by rooting out corruption and being seen to root out corruption within Westminster and Whitehall. To protect the public interest and tax payers money. Akin to the fictional AC-12 Unit in the BBC's Line of Duty Series, but staffed by seasoned investigators from across the justice system selected at random for a fixed period of secondment.
