Set the price of puppy sales to no more than a rescue
Bring in a set price for dogs, to help stop dog theft, set the price so that no one can charge any more than a rescue unless they are Crufts KC registered
To help to stop dog theft, reducing the value of a dog could help to stamp out dog theft
