This petition was rejected

The Government e-Petitions Team gave the following reason:

Petitions need to call on the Government or Parliament to take a specific action.

We understand that you want certain people to be able to come to the UK, but we're not sure exactly what you'd like the Government or Parliament to do.

It is already possible to apply for a family visa to come to the UK to live with a child, or other relative who’ll provide long-term care for you: www.gov.uk/uk-family-visa

If you want the Government to change the rules for who is eligible for family visas, you could start a new petition explaining clearly what you changes you would like to be made to these rules.
