Allow any properties sold before 30th June 2021 to still benefit from stamp duty
Allow any properties sold before 30th June 2021 to still benefit from stamp duty if the sale is not completed by the 30th June 2021 deadline.
This would prevent sales falling through for those that didn’t complete purchases before 30th June 2021.
