Taking Photos of children in a public place without adult consent
The law states that photos can be taken in a public place including children without adult consent
My child and her friends were manipulated by an adult to allow photos to be taken of them without adult consent but because if was in a public place it’s not illegal but if it was in my garden it would have different. It was by my front door.
