10 YEARS FOR STEALING A FAMILY DOG.

Mandatory 10 years in jail for stealing a family dog.

There seems to be a lot of dog stealing going on, 10 years in jail for anyone stealing a person's dog may solve the problem as it is not just a dog that is being stolen to some it is their child and their best friend not to mention for some the only thing they have that shows them love. In short it is a serious matter and not just property being stolen. Just look at the women who offered a £10,000 reward for her stolen dog to be returned. If you were to offer a large sum of money for a family dog how many would take it, none, unless they were not normal.
