Remove flower pot barriers from Holmesdale Road in south norwood.
Its a unnecessary road closure that's causing more congestion and this is creating more pollution to the area, there are school children that are back and forth on the congested high street that are breathing in the toxins and the roads are more unsafe to be on as there is more traffic around.
