Vehicle must stop if they hit a cat!
I just lost my 2nd cat by being hit by a car and the vehicle not stopping. My family is heartbroken and I want the same law for cats that dogs have.
There is a law to stop your vehicle if you hit a dog and not a cat. I want this to be made a law for cats also. I don’t think it’s fair that cats are not treated the same. They are still someone’s pet and little family member.
